That said, screening candidates and conducting interviews often gets put at the bottom of the to do list and it can be hard to clear your head when you finally get around to it. Hiring is never completely black-and-white, but here’s some points to consider when you need new staff.
1. Always consider attitude, commitment and other personal traits. 7. Always look to hire people better than you.
